  1. Visit a Western Union® Agent location near you
  2. Complete the gray Prepaid Services form with the following information:
    • Account Number: 16 digit card account number
    • Pay to: Name on the card
    • How much money you want to add
  3. Go to any cashier and give the gray Prepaid Services form and the total cash amount (the money you want to add plus the store fee)
  4. Please keep the receipt for your records

When will my money be available to me?

Money will be available for use immediately.
